I have been a loyal member of the Apple "family" for a few years now, and I can wholeheartedly say they have the BEST customer service and and support teams out there, in the phone/computer business or otherwise. Every single issue I ever had with any of my iPhones (3 to-date) was handled professionally and in a timely manner. One example that comes to mind is when I traveled to San-jose (i'm from LA) and accidentally dropped my phone while getting out of the car in a mall parking lot. I went straight to the Apple store there and told them I dropped my phone (it had a protective case on) and I can't turn it on now. Even though it was completely my fault, they took it out back to check, and somebody came back within 10 minutes informing me that they are going to replace the phone, since it's been less than 3 months since I bought it. Less than 30 minutes from the second I stepped in their store I walked out with a brand new iPhone! Just awesome guys!

I purchased my first Apple iPhone last year, it was the iPhone 4S. Even though I was not used to the phone, it immediately became the best phone I ever had! The purchase itself was a dream. I walked into the store a few days after release day. The process was so smooth, the store is always clean and they have plenty of sales representatives ready to help. I love their technology! You can get your product and pay anywhere in the store. Now this year I decided to upgrade and get the new iPhone 5. I pre ordered it and it arrived in the mail. A few days later I caught my daughter chewing on the charger and it stopped working. I went to the store expecting to pay $30+ for a new charger, but when I went to the store they replaced it for free! It was excellent costumer service and I will continue to be an Apple customer for life.

I've been a recent Apple user, only starting to use Apple products a few years ago on a regular basis, and it is with pleasure that I can say that the Apple Store experience is one of the best in the business. Although some may be turned off by the staff that stands around or the very clean, simple look, the store is terrific. There are products to try around freely and because of the great number of them, it's not hard to find one. This list includes iPhones to iPads to iPods. Next, the helpful staff makes sure you are being treated correctly and are very knowledgeable. Best yet, there is a genius bar that helps you get troubleshooting with any of your current Apple products. Finally, there is a plethora of Apple products, accessories and knowledge to be found. Also, it is legitimate to say that some of the accessories can be hard to find in the back, all clamped together although again, the very helpful staff knows instantly what you're looking for and most likely is better to consult with them first than going to find things on your own. So again, all-in-all, the Apple Store is a very positive experience that any enthusiast should enjoy going into.

I have been an Apple/Mac user for some time now. It started when I was given an old, but functional 8500/120 that had OS9 on it. That was not to be enough for me, but I wanted something a bit newer. I had found an iBook Clamshell style on eBay, and had purchased it. It came, however, without a power supply. I took the iBook to my local Apple Store, and the Genius Bar just so happened to have one behind the counter. It was a 10-year old laptop, but they had it. After plugging it in to verify that my eBay purchase was a good one, they let me keep the power supply at NO CHARGE! No store does this kind of "ambassadorship". So, it was an obvious choice that when I had the funds to buy a brand new machine, I naturally bought a Mac Air. And as before, the employees at the store were MORE than helpful...in helping me set the machine up, how OS X 10.7 worked as opposed to the 10.4.11 I had been using, and they even through in a lap top bag! For me, the Apple Store will always be the best!

My experiences at the Apple Store have been fantastic. I generally walk right in and have someone helping me immediately. The staff is fun to talk to and are fairly knowledgeable when I have specific questions. The last time I went to the Apple Store, I was there to purchase a 15” Macbook Pro for myself. The employee looked up to make sure they had it in stock and had it brought out for me. I inquired about an educational discount and they said that it would be no problem to take $100 off the total price of the laptop. It was definitely a zero stress experience.

Apple as a brand has got to be one of the best. When they opened a store in my area, I was extremely excited. The Apple store near me did not fail to impress. It's so nice to go in and just browse the hardware and see some of my future purchases. Also, the guys in the blue shirts are always helpful and for the most part very knowledgeable about all the products because they actually own them. My wife and I have owned a few iPhones and many Apple computers and have never had trouble with warranties and they have even tried to help with out of warranty issues by replacing my stuff or fixing it. After years of great service, I can't say enough good things about the store and its one of my favorite places to go and play around. They always do cool events on launch days or after certain holidays. For computers that work well and are worth the price, I will always head to the Apple store.

About six months ago, I went to the Apple store in Danbury, CT to buy a birthday gift for my sister. I couldn’t decide what to get but she knew was a big fan of Apple products. The choice was between an iPod Touch or the iPhone 4s. I was worried that buying a cell phone as a gift would be too complicated because I would have to transfer my sister’s number and carrier info to the new phone. The employee at the store was very helpful. He broke down the procedure for buying an iPhone as a gift. I would buy the phone now and my sister would activate the phone on-line or with a Verizon rep over the phone or bring it to a store for activation. I was little worried still but I bought the phone anyway. My sister got back to me about the activation. She said it went smoothly. She took the phone to a store and an employee activated the phone and transferred her old number to the new phone. I was very happy to hear that. I highly recommend the Apple store for buying gifts and people shouldn’t worry about buying a new iPhone for a loved one. 5 star experience.

Apple, hands down, has the best store when it comes to getting electronics. I went in there earlier this year to purchase the 13 inch Macbook Pro from late 2011 and they treated me perfect. I got a student discount and they even discounted Applecare for me so I don't have to worry about my warrantee running out anytime soon! I've also been there previously because of my iPod touch dying and they replaced it no questions asked even when it was out of warrantee! That's customer service. If I were to buy a laptop, tablet, or mp3 player today, I would be on my way to the Apple Store already. I know my next phone is going to be an iPhone.

Overall, I really like the Apple Store; it's nice to have access to their products and direct support. One of the best things is that the store is filled with stuff you can try before you buy. I went in to check out the iPad and iPhone before I ever bought one. I also like being able to just play with their stuff with no intention to buy, like the Macbook Air. They have a huge amount of staff with brightly colored, easy-to-find shirts, so it is is easy to get help when you need it. The only things I don't love are the crowds and the prices. It's such a popular place that it is always filled wall-to-wall with people. I feel a little claustrophobic in there, so I don't always stay as long as I would like. I love their tech, but I can't always afford it--but I guess that's not a reason not to go!

I love the Apple store. The stores are very spacious and open with a soft even lighting. There are tables that are covered with products for you to use and try out. All the products are connected to the internet and while there is a filter it only blocks porn sites so you can visit your email and facebook. The employees will occasionally come around and ask if anyone needs help and then leaves you alone to do whatever you want to do. They also carry around credit card machines with them so they can check you out at any time, they also have a hidden cash drawer if you pay in cash. This is honestly the best store I've been in, no wonder everyone is trying to copy them.

About a week ago, I went back to the Apple store to see what was wrong with my iPhone 4s’ screen. Right when I walked into the store, I was immediately approached by smiling, friendly staff asking if I was looking for anything. When I told them my problem and my Genius appointment, they kindly guided me in the right direction and brought me to the Genius Bar. At the Genius Bar, the Genius thoroughly checked my iPhone and gave me a detailed explanation of what was wrong with my phone. As it turned out, I had accidently spilled water on it and it was now void of warranty. Overall, I bought a new phone afterwards and kindly thanked the staff members that helped me. In the end, I am extremely satisfied with experience at the Apple Store and recommend others to try their services.

Apple is, by far, one of my favorite stores! They have amazing customer service. Rather than having to stand in line and wait they have someone come to wherever you are. So, while you're waiting for assistance you can feel free to browse around the store and play with the newest devices they have released. They make you feel welcomed and like you are important. I really appreciated their prompt response to my request for a new ipad (mine was damaged and under warranty). They ordered a brand new one and it was available within a few days. Their customer service is just as top notch as their products. They didn't even give me a hassle about replacing my ipad. They quickly inspected the damaged product and gave me a receipt to pick up my new one. They have definitely earned my loyalty.
