I have to say this is absolutely my favorite store. It's hard to explain why, but their products are so enjoyable. The scents make me feel wonderful. I don't think there is a female in my family who isn't in love with this store. It makes Christmas shopping extremely easy. I just pick something out from Bath & Body Works to give! Have done some shopping online, but I prefer to go into the store to touch and smell everything. That's part of the magic. I also like the fact that they are generous with offering discounts and sales on their products. It's a great way to stock up and always have my favorites on hand. I consider myself lucky to live near the highest rated Bath & Body store in the country. That was told to me by a friend who works there. They are the biggest and most successful one in the company. I can see why. The sales ladies are helpful, but never pushy. It's just pleasant to shop their store.

Bath & Body Works is always a wonderful store to go to. Right when you walk in you get greeted by one of the workers. She tells you about the deals, asks you if you're looking for anything specific, or sometimes have a product in her hand and asks you if you'd like to smell. One bad habit I have is, I love to put on germ x all the time. Bath & Body Works has great smelling germ x, so I go nuts in there. The first time I brought germ x from them, I was assisted by one of the workers. She would tell me which ones she likes. She even suggested other things I should buy with the germ x. I can not say I have ever had a bad experience with Bath & Body works. They have great products for great prices. With the holidays coming, I am most definitely looking forward to shopping there for gifts.

Bath and Body Works is a wonderful store. I love the way that I was greeted as soon as I entered the store. A sales associate walked up to me, asked if I was looking for anything in particular, and offered me a small basket to carry items in. The store was set up in a very nice manner with their sale items in the center of the store on a table. The items made for teens and men were located in the back of the store near the cash registers. In the middle of the wall on the left hand side was a sink for customers to use so they could sample more than one scent. When I checked out with my items, I was handed a coupon for my next visit. I recommend shopping at Bath and Body Works.

I have an unhealthy addiction to Bath & Body Works. They almost always have things on sale or on special deals and their scents are so interesting and awesome. I'm a big fan of their hand soaps which are usually on sale. They tend to rotate their scents pretty frequently to keep up with the seasons so there's always something new in there. Lately I've been getting into their candles too, and they're great. The salespeople there are generally pretty nice, but they tend to follow you around and are a little too chatty in my opinion. They're helpful when you need them to be, though! Seriously I love this store and really don't have a bad thing to say about them.

This gift card is great! Bath & Body Works is definitely one of my top favorite cosmetic/bath-and-body type of shop, if not my absolute favorite. There is constant sales and great deals going on year round, meaning that you can get the best "bang for your buck" at this store, no matter what the payment. As for the gift card, it's extremely easy to buy and use. It can be used at any BBW location (including outlet stores). Once you make a transaction with the gift card, if you have any money left over the balance will be printed on the receipt. The gift card is not reloadable.

I really love the products that Bath & Body Works offers, and have bought multiple items from them, particularly body sprays and candles, all of which smell wonderful. The few times that I have actually gone to a physical store rather than ordering online, however, I have found that occasionally, there will be a worker there who finds it necessary to follow me around the store and repeatedly suggest products, despite having said that we were just looking and not really in need of any service. At one point, one woman even tried to spray me with a tester of one of the new scents, despite how I said that I was not interested. Aside from that, the service is usually good. The workers are mostly kind and attentive, and I definitely plan on purchasing from them again in the future.

Bath & Body Works is one of my favorite shops to peruse over the holidays. Nothing gets me in the mood for fall and winter like the signature scents they put in their candles, soaps, and lotions. Their variety of pine scents and candy scents are a few of my top candle picks. I always feel welcome to smell everything, and all the body care items have a tester so I can sample the goods before I buy them. The handy store sink even gives me the opportunity to try their different hand soaps. Their hand soaps are top-notch, and I never leave the store without first falling in love with one of the scents. I'd also like to point out that I have always had attentive, yet non-invasive customer service at this store. I always know someone is there to answer my questions, and even chat with me, but I never feel pressured to buy anything. The salespeople are more concerned that I know about the special offers and discounts than about making a pushy sale. This leads to another one of the reasons I shop at Bath & Body Works-their buy two, get one free offers. When I'm shopping for Christmas gifts, it's always a benefit to get something free. Plus, almost everything in Bath & Body Works makes a suitable gift for any occasion. The last time I was in Bath & Body Works I found the perfect hostess gift on sale. It was a gift pack of hand soap, lotion, and body spray. It came with a free animal-print tote bag that I use as a carry-on bag when flying. In other words, I found a gift for someone else, but I also walked away with a little something for myself. A saleswoman pointed out the gift pack when I told her my gift price range. I probably wouldn't have noticed the set on my own, and I was so happy she directed my attention to it. We chatted for a few minutes, and she kindly told me when the next big sale would be happening. I can't say enough nice things about the way this company is managed. I'm a satisfied customer who consistently manages to find something delightful at this store.
