I've shopped at Best Buy for almost ten years and I've had very mixed experiences with them. My main complaint is the length of time it usually takes to deal with returns or exchanges. The line is usually very long, and it takes a long time before you can see someone. I've had both headphones and speakers that I purchased there turn out to not work when I got home, and it was a nightmare trying to get them exchanged or returned. As far as the rest of my experiences with the store, my main complaint would be the prices. There are plenty of reputable online dealers selling the same or better products from a larger variety at lower prices. Best Buy is seldom the best price you can get if you do your homework, but if you prefer shopping in person rather than online then that is the cost of doing business with them.

Best Buy has been one of those stores I love to hate, until recently. Normally when I went in there the customer service was below par at best and I would usually have to wait 15-20 minutes to even start to get my questions answered. This all changed with my last experience there. My boyfriend and I had just bought our new apple 4s Iphones and we needed cases. As we all know phone case options vary greatly and honestly it was my first Iphone and I did not want to mess it up. The customer service person walked over to us when he saw our puzzled looks. He then went on to explain the differences between each of the cases and helped is very easily find which ones suited our live styles (it was the waterproof ones). All in all my experience there changed my mind about how I feel about the company and their service.

Best Buy gift cards are always a welcome sight for any occasion. I rarely get a B.B. giftcard, but when I do, I know what I'm going to buy- DVD's and CD's! I always have a running list of DVD's and CD's I want to buy and Best Buy has the greatest selection of CDs. I remember one time I came in to buy an Indie Artist and they had her ENTIRE selection there, but Target had never even heard of her. Best Buy gift cards are really wonderful because they never expire and they never lose their value due to periods of inactivity. It's nice to know that a twenty dollar gift card will remain a twenty dollar gift card for however long I decide to own it! The giftcards are good for spending online or in store, so really, there isn't any drawback to the gift card or the store! Best Buy sells good items at good prices, and their gift card is an extension of what great work they do.

Best buy is always my go to store for electronics. Their warranty is something that can't be beat. My children have every video game system, and best buy holds a warranty that you can't beat. If my game is scratched, or not working for whatever reason I simply take it back and they replace it for free, no questions asked. As far as I know, nobody else does this. I have never had an issue getting help when I walk into the store no matter what department I enter. The associate are more than willing to assist you from the start of your transaction to the end. I recently purchased a washer and dryer from best buy and the delivery men were just as helpful as the sales associates. They even made sure it was hooked up and working properly prior to leaving.

Even though I've heard a lot of negative things about Best Buy, I chose to buy a laptop from there a while back because one of my friends worked there and was helping me through the selection process. I figured it was the last I could do. I can't say I was disappointed. Everyone there was friendly and for the most part didn't try to upsell anything to me (I knew essentially what I wanted to get and told them upfront). The price was reasonable, the service was great, and I might check by Best Buy again if I have to buy electronics and it's not too expensive.

I can not think of a better electronic store than Best Buy. I shopped at a different store, bought a product from a different store, couldn't figure it out, so I took it to Best Buy and spoke with the "GeekSquad" Even though I had not purchased there prodcut they were still willing to help. Even at that, I walked the store after I got my assistance and found my product CHEAPER than what I had purchased it for. Never again will I go somewhere else first in hopes of getting a better deal. They hire people who actually know what they are doing and not some random person off the street who is not anymore knowledgable than myself. I got a big screen 3d tv from them on Black Friday and they saved it for me. I couldn't make it out that second, (the closest Best Buy is 45 minnutes away) and I called them, they held it for me. I was shocked and amazed that they would do that for a customer. I love Best Buy.

I have always had a love/hate relationship with Best Buy. The upside is that they have everything that you need. There's no doubt that when you can't find the part or the cable anywhere else, they will have it. On the other side, they are a giant chain store, with predictable giant chain store prices and policies. Overall, I'm glad that Best Buy is around. They are like my giant electronic security blanket. And I'll say this too, whenever I get a gift card for Best Buy, I'm super stoked, because I know I'm going to be able to spend my money on just what I want. Also, their customer service is getting much better.

I'm a huge fan of technology and a huge fan of Best Buy. They always have the latest games and a very knowledgeable staff. One of the things I like most about Best Buy is that they always have at least one or two employees standing by the door to greet you, asking how you are, and if you need help finding anything. My first time visiting a Best buy store I wasn't really sure where to look to find a particular HDMI cord, so the fact that there were employees there willing and waiting to help was really nice in my boos. They also tend to stock a lot of local artists in their CD section, something that can't be said for a lot of the other big name stores. If you're looking for anything tech related, I would recommend Best Buy.

I love Best Buy. I visited the store last week. It had been some time since my last visit. I noticed that their customer service is even better than before! I was welcomed warmly and asked by 3 different associates if I need help with anything. I felt like a valued guest! Once associate even took a moment to chit chat about Apple products. I appreciate excellent customer service. I'll definitely be back to make more purchases at Best Buy. They continue to blow me away with their genuine concern for customers. At other stores I usually have to wait and browse for a good 10-15 minutes before someone offers me help. Here the associates were very prompt but not pushy.

Best Buy is an okay store. It is infamous among computer junkies as the go to location for getting computer products. Every time that I deal with them I alwayts get the best possible customer service and prompt shipping. If you are looking to get computer parts or replace other computer aspects, it is absolutely critical to visit best buy. You would only be doing yourself a disservice by not going there to at least check it out. Plus chances are they will have the parts and it will be the cheapest around. Two thumbs way up! I don't like their tech support service though.

I consider myself quite a loyal Best Buy shopper, and even have the Best Buy Mastercard. One of things that I like most about this store is the competitive pricing. Sure you might be able to find something slightly cheaper online (not all the time), but going to a physical store that has all of the products that you want gives you the opportunity to see exactly what you're spending your money on. They also fully stand behind their products. My last trip in I was looking for a sustain pedal for a keyboard. The Best Buy in my area carries a wide array of musical instruments. Not only did I find the pedal I was looking for, it was cheaper than a local music shop I almost made the purchase at. I highly recommend Best Buy to everyone.

Overall, Best Buy is a pretty good store. A lot of times their electronics are overpriced, but it's worth asking whether or not they price match with online outlets like Amazon.com. If they do, you can skip out on shipping by simply price matching at Best Buy. A word to the wise though: DO NOT BUY THEIR HDMI CABLES. A lot of times, especially if you're buying a new TV, they'll tell you to buy their $60 HDMI cables. Their cables are no better than the $5 ones you can buy in many online outlets. They'll push very hard to sell you their "better" wires, but the truth it that all wires are the same, regardless of price or "gold plating."

Best Buy is easily the best electronics store that comes to mind. They have a variety of products and departments, ranging from tv's to video games. I don't think I ever had a problem finding something I needed there, that's how big it is. And if you do have trouble finding something, then you can always ask one of the employees as they have them stationed around the store. I think the only disadvantage of shopping at Best Buy are the prices. For some particular items you could probably find it for a better price at a different store or online, so it might be best to compare prices between some store and Best Buy. Other then that my experiences have been positive.

I recently made a trip to Best Buy with my family to make some rather large purchases. My mother was looking to buy a new laptop, and I was looking to purchase a Kindle Fire. I know a fair bit about computers so looked through all the laptops that met her price range, trying to find one that gave the best specs for the price. A Best Buy Employee came over to us to ask if we need anything, my mother said what she was looking for a laptop that she could play games on. The employee suggested a couple of laptops (that also happened to be two of the more expensive ones.) We thanked him for the suggestions and told him we'd look around for a bit. So while picking out the laptop they weren't all that helpful, once we had decided what we were going to buy they really helped out. They very quickly got our laptop and kindle fire to a register and said we didn't need to be in any hurry and just to go checkout whenever we were ready. The woman working the cashier was very friendly and overall we had a pleasant experience there. So although the store wasn't the most knowledgeable about their products, they were at least very courteous and quick.

I've been a Best Buy shopper since the stores opened. It used to be that Best Buy was the "go to" store in my area for anything electronic and all things computer related. With the huge popularity and ease of using online stores that has changed for me. I can't imagine purchasing anything at Best Buy except for small things that I need asap. The prices and selection at Best Buy pale in comparison to what is available online. I recently put together a computer and went to Best Buy to get prices on components. I was shocked by how much they were charging and how small the selection was. Needless to say I got everything online and saved a TON of money. I can see where Best buy might be an option for those who aren't online or aren't savvy but beyond that I don't understand why people shop there. If you are putting together a system save yourself some money and do a google search for reputable online retailers.

I have had very good experiences with Best Buy. Recently, I was looking to buy my son a laptop for college but I was not sure what kind of specifications it would need. The associates at Best Buy were very helpful and much to my surprise, they didn’t push me towards the most expensive models – in fact, they mentioned that since he will mainly need it for writing papers and such, that a lower end model would work just fine. I wound up purchasing the laptop and a 2-year warranty and my son is very satisfied with it. The only thing I didn’t like was that the selection seemed a little restricted.

Best buy overall as a chain is good but there are some stores were the customer service is horrible. When I was in Miami for a visit and a friend of my that was visiting from Korea came and wanted to buy a tablet before he would leave the USA. I told him we could probably pick one up in Best Buy. So we headed to the first store on the way home, they told us they didn't have the tablet he wanted on stock but they were kind enough to call another nearby store and put one on hold for us. We went to this other store went to pick up the order and they didn't have it. So asked for the tablet. The guy that was helping us told us he would be right back. He then went to the back and disappeared for about an hour. We had to look for other representatives and they all did the same thing. We finally talked to the manager, after 3 hours of waiting in the store. He then didn't even reprehend the people that were so rude and inefficient or gave us a discount or something he just said here it is handing the tablet. Not even apologizing! So In my opinion I think best buy is more of a hit and miss specially with the customer service. If you can't grab and it and just go don't even bother going to best buy they will steal your time.

I've been a regular shopper of Best Buy for many years, and use to be a very loyal customer. But the decline of the Reward Zone programs has caused me to shop there less and less recently. Within recent years they've started resetting my points at the end of every single calendar year (right after Christmas too when I do most of my shopping there!), changed the bonuses you receive for purchasing video games, and overall made the points worth less and less. I currently find it a better deal to just buy the games online at places like Amazon, which are still cheaper after you factor in any reward points you may (or may not) be able to redeem. That said, you can occasionally find some good deals there on DVDs and Video Games the first week of release, but that's about it. I regularly use to use their In Store pickup, which was a great way to make sure the item would be there when you went to the store. I love the store, and I love shopping there, but their declining rewards program have caused me to go less and less recently.

When I went to Best Buy I was uncertain of what SD card to get for my 3DS. I had heard issues and done some research onlline about large cards but had no certain answers. A Best Buy employee approached me while looking at them and asked If I needed help. I was blown away by his knowledge on the subject! He even pulled out a 3DS to show me that it worked! needless to say, he made the sale. I love coming here! It really is my favorite store for tech stuff. I swear they have everything from Turtlebeach Headphones to Cyborg Keyboards.

Best Buy is one of my favorite stores to visit. It offers one stop shopping for all things technological; computers, TVs, smartphones, computer hardware and video games. Best Buy offers an in-store warranty on every product sold. Those warranties are very convenient but might not be the best deal. You should check with the manufacture of the product to see if they offer a better deal. Best Buy offers a much better return policy than most online stores I’ve bought from. Some products you buy from another online store might charge a restocking fee or not allow a return while Best Buy might allow you to return the same item with no restocking fee. The store allows convenient returns for both online and in store purchases.

I've been shopping at Best Buy for as long as I can remember. Any time I've had to purchase an electronic item, music, games, TV.. Best Buy is where I go. I can usually find the best deals here as well. The staff is what seals the deal for me though. I always get the help I need in the store. If somebody can't answer a question I have about a product they will find somebody who does. This is rarely the case however. My birthday is coming up and all I am asking for is Best Buy gift cards because I know that I can use them to find something I will love. (A DSLR in this case).

Best Buy is my favorite store because it has all the electronic items in the world to fulfill any of my technological needs. Although some of the items are a little more on the expensive side, Best Buy offers protection against any malfunctioning items. I would rather pay a few extra dollars to know that my electronic will be working correctly. A gift card from Best Buy would be the most useful for me because I already do all my shopping from here anyways. I would not want to get a gift card from anywhere else because it would probably just sit in my closet. A gift card from Best Buy instead would be quite useful because I can use it the next time I want to buy some new gadget.
