My 8 year old son loves Chuck E. Cheese. So this year we decided we would have his birthday there. On the day of the party I had all 9 of the children meet at Chuck E. Cheese. When I arrived there was a staff member, Jessica, who immediately took over. I was pleasantly surprised to see how organized and professional she was. Also, the staff was awesome with the children and able to easily corral all of them to the table for pizza, cake and presents. I had paid for a party package and was happy to see that we had been placed at a table right in the center so that the kids could see the Chuck E. Cheese band play. Also, the table was nicely decorated with balloons for each child. In the past, when we came to Chuck E. Cheese it was disappointing because so many of their games were either broken or not working. This time however the majority of games were open and the kids had a blast. I was really happy to get such a great deal that included pizza, tokens, balloons for the kids and cake for under $100. Plus the staff was so helpful, and Jessica was by my side the entire time taking away so much stress that I would have had otherwise. The staff was very happy and courteous. They went out of their way to make sure my son had a great day. He did, and he is already talking about coming back.

I had my son's, 1 year birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese. It was very nice. When the curtains opened my son's eyes seemed to light up with magic. The atmosphere was very relaxing. The customer service was excellent. They seemed genuinely nice, always happy and smiling. The kids loved when Chuck E. Cheese came out. We had pre-ordered pizzas and a birthday cake for the birthday party. They had the tables and everything set up very nice when we arrived. I was very satisfied. The food was good. The games kept the older kids running and playing until we had to pry them loose to head home. We had a great evening. Took many pictures. It's a great place for lots of family fun! We cant wait to go back!

I recently went to Chuck E. Cheese for my son's birthday. I had 3 boys with me (ages 6, 4 and 21 months) and 1 girl (age 9). I hadn't been to a Chuck E. Cheese since I was young. The one I grew up by (which has been closed for over 20 years) was dark, noisy, dirty and the pizza was gross. Things have definitely changed. The location I was at was well-lit, open and very clean. I went around 2:00 pm on a weekday and we pretty much had the place to ourselves. When we entered we were greeted by a friendly woman who stamped all of our hands. She told us it was a safety measure and I was the only adult who would be able to take the kids out of the restaurant. It wasn't really a concern this particular day since the place was almost empty, but it would definitely be reassuring on a busy day when it would be easy to lose sight of the kids. Once we got in we went to the counter and bought a package that came with a pizza, drinks and tokens. I had a coupon so I think I ended up paying about $20. I got a table and the kids ran off to play. One thing I loved - all the games and rides only cost one token! There was a great selection too - all kinds of video games, driving games, skee-ball, a few kiddie rides, pinball, etc. There was also a big play area with a slide and tunnels that was free. As I mentioned above, the kids I brought ranged from 21 months to 9 years and there was plenty for all of them to do. The pizza arrived after about 15 minutes. I went with just a plain cheese to try and please everyone. It was cut into small slices which was great for the kids. And I was pleasantly surprised that the pizza was good! I even took the leftovers home to my parents and they couldn't believe it was Chuck E. Cheese pizza! All the kids and I had a great time and we will be going back soon.
