Dell has always been my go-to place for computers. All of my computers for the past 10 years or so have been a Dell. The main reason for this is the great experience and service I get from them. The quality of their computers are exceptional and very rarely do I ever have a problem with them. When I do, I'm always able to get somebody to help me quickly. For example, one time I had an issue with my keyboard on my laptop where it would no longer respond. I got in touch with support and they asked if I was technical and felt sure enough to troubleshoot it over the phone, and I was, so I was instructed how to take apart and ensure the connection was secure. That turned out to be the problem! Although I'm still not 100% sure how the connection got loose, it solved the problem and I was extremely grateful that I didn't have to send it in for such a simple fix. Whenever family or friends ask me for computer advice (as I'm the "computer guru" in the family), I always highly recommend dell as they are great quality, very affordable, and back their products 100%.

I bought my laptop for college from dell, and have had great experiences dealing with them. It is very easy to find the deal that is best for you on their website and I have been satisfied with the one that I chose from them. When I purchased my computer I also got 75$ in store credit to their website, which was nice for buying accessories. Every problem I've had with my laptop has been solved quickly using "Dell Chat", their online customer service. I have had a few problems they've quickly corrected, and even when my computer screen cracked as a result of me dropping my laptop, it was covered by the warrantee and I was able to send it into Dell and have it returned to me in around a week. My main issue would probably be the fact that I have had to send the computer into the depot twice for repairs (as I was hoping for a more durable computer when I purchased it) but they were always quick to fix the problems with little to no hassle for me.
