I have been shopping at Gap for a few years now and I buy the majority of my clothing there. I have a long torso and struggle finding clothes anywhere else. Gap is one of the few major retailers (moderately priced) that offers "Tall" sizing. Every time I visit the store it is neat, the sales staff are helpful, and they have the merchandise I am looking for. I also have a GapCard which hooks you up with great, regular deals. It is very rare for me to not get 20 plus percent off merchandise. I really cannot speak the praises of their online store enough. Unfortunately, it greatly surpasses the brick and mortar store experience. There is at least three times the amount of merchandise online (especially in petite and tall sizes). The experience is great, the website is easily navigable and I have never had a problem with my order. And you can easily return items bought online in store.

I love shopping at the Gap - I've been shopping here since I was in high school. The clothes always look great and they have a wide selection. I find that the clothes fit me really well - I never have issues with my size fitting me properly. The sizes are really consistent across styles, etc. I especially love the selection at Gap outlet stores. Although the prices at all Gap stores are reasonable, in my opinion, the prices at the outlets are the best. My favorite items are their jeans and Gap Body camis. They are both super comfortable. My only complaint with the Gap is that sometimes they have too many teenage staff who can get overwhelmed when the store is busy. Of course, this isn’t a problem if you stop online.

The Gap is a great clothing retailer, I really enjoy shopping there. The store is always clean and well-organized. The sales people are always very polite and helpful. Each time I enter the store I find another piece of clothing that I absolutely have to add to my wardrobe. The style of clothing they carry at the Gap is right in line with how I like to dress. Occasionally, they will have items listed on their website that are not available in store. This can be kind of frustrating, as I usually prefer to try on items before purchasing them. However, after shopping there frequently, I have a pretty good gauge on how their clothes fit, and usually don't have any problems ordering online.

I have been shopping at the GAP for a few years new, both in store locally and by ordering online. I usually get great outfits that not only look good, but are of a quality that ensures longevity in a way, as in I have washed clothes purchased years ago from there repeatedly and the quality is still superb. The selection has always been fantastic and the prices have always been satisfactory, and when I have made purchases online, not once was any order placed ever delayed. The quality of the customer service, both in store and online, has been exceptional as well. Whenever I’ve had a question or needed some assistance finding a particular item or size, they’re almost always quick to respond and help. In all my years doing business with the GAP, I have never had a poor experience.

I am rather petite and finding pants can be a trying experience for me. I’ve been to all kinds of stores, but Gap’s pants fit me really well. My size is still hard to find, but when I do find it, the pants fit great! I’m not sure why they don’t carry the smallest women’s sizes in the shortest lengths in the store. They are only “available online.” Very few styles are stocked in the stores for whatever reason. It’s kind of annoying that I have to order them online and can’t try them on, but more often than not they fit well and look great!

My family does a lot of their shopping at the Gap because there are a few stores close to where we live. On one recent experience we went in to take advantage of a 30% off promotion. We picked out a few items and once we got up to the cashier, she asked if we had an additional coupon for another 10% off of our purchase. It really felt like she had our best interest at heart. Also, I recently purchased a pair of jeans that I wore a few times and did not like. I was able to return them for a different style...no questions asked. We will continue shopping there for the affordability and style of the clothes.
