About two weeks ago I went to the GNC near my house after a recommendation from a friend. I need to restock my lifting supplements and vitamins. I walked in thinking I was probably going to be ripped off or up sold expensive stuff, but boy was I surprised! As soon as I entered I was greeted by a salesperson that ultimately became a helpful tour guide around the store. I told her I needed protein, creatine, and a multivitamin. She took me over to each respective section, asked me a few questions and gave some suggestions about each product. At the end I asked if she had any further suggestions about things I should take. She asked me a few questions regarding my exercise routine and diet. I told her I was vegetarian and she suggested some L-Arginine, saying that because I'm not eating meat I may not be getting a sufficient amount. I was not expecting this amount of knowledge out of a retail store person! I ended up buying everything I had gone in their for plus a few extra things based off her suggestions. After doing some research online I realized everything she had said and suggested were on point. I'm very pleased with my experience at the GNC store and don't think I'll be buying my supplements anywhere else from now on. Kudos to GNC and their unexpectedly knowledgable staff!

A few months ago, I went to my local GNC because I was looking for some natural products to treat my acne problems. I had previously done some research online and I went to GNC to purchase some tea tree oil. I asked the salesperson if he had any other recommendations and he was extremely helpful. After asking me a few questions, he suggested some other products and was very knowledgable. I ended up purchasing a few more products and was extremely pleased about the results. I would recommend everyone to go to this Owing Mills, MD. The manager is very helpful and knowledgable and I am never going to any other stores for my nutritional supplements purchases.
