I was never a JC Penney shopper, because the prices were so high! However, now after the new store structure? I LOVE JC PENNEY! JC Penney is the store that you can get everything from bed, bath, shoes, apparel, kid's items, and so much more. I love a store that I can get a lot of items for a low price under one roof! Back on October 13th, I went to a JC Penney in my state of Pennsylvania, and I had the best experience. The store was very clean and organized, so that was a positive, since it makes shopping less stressful! I was looking for work clothes, so I went to the sections (the store is separated by brands and sizes) and found a lot of great deals! I had two associates ask if I needed any help with anything. After I declined their nice offer, they left me alone to shop in peace. My kind of store. I hate being nagged time after time. I couldn't believe the deals I could find. I found dress pants for $7 and tops for less than $12. Amazing deals for little money out of my pocket book. After picking out my purchases, I went straight up to the check-out with no hassle. The entire shopping trip was fun and not stressful. That is exactly what I consider a good shopping trip and a good store! I love where I can find high quality clothing for low prices with great customer service and satisfaction. If you are looking for clothes that fit that standard, I highly recommend checking out JC Penney's new pricing structure!

I am a huge fan of JC Penney. Don't get me started on their Black Friday sales and the free Disney snowglobe. lol. I am signed up for JC Penney emails so they send me special savings which include an amazing get $10.00 off a purchase of $10.00 or more. I love the new price specials they have on Fridays. The quality of clothing that I buy there is above average and looks great. I have a newborn and the deals on baby stuff is wonderful also. Whenever I go to the mall I have to shop at Penneys.. have to. The cashiers are always super friendly and helpful. I love shopping there.

I love the new JC Penney. My husband and I shopped there at the beginning of the school year to purchase suits, shirts, and ties. Their new pricing is fantastic. A Claiborne was suit under $200. We were there during a remodel at out local store. It was a little cramped, but the service was excellent. We even located some of the items we wanted online, and the sales associate was happy to find what they had in stock. They now have Sephora in many of their stores. It is a great place for one stop shopping. Also, you should sign up online for emails. I received an email containing a $10 off coupon for a minimum $10 purchase. That would be free, people!

JCPenney is one of the only clothing stores I shop at. My shopping experience both in store and online has always been great. Although I have shopped with JCP online, I like going into the store so I can make sure everything fits right. With stores in general customer service is usually a hit and miss, sometimes there will be great customer service and other times there will be bad customer service. I guess I am lucky though because I have always had great customer service over the years I have shopped at JCP. One time I bought something online and had to return it because it didn't fit, I brought it to the store to return it and ended up getting a refund for the item and price of shipping which most stores would not do. The prices at JCP is so unbelievably low, I can never find any store that comes close to their prices. So, I hope to shop there for many more years to come.

I have been shopping again at JC Penney, after not shopping there for years. I had been upset at the "old" pricing system, where you never knew what price you were going to pay from store to store, day to day. It was frustrating to not even know what was on sale and what was not. I really like their new pricing system. Everything is very clear. The quality of their clothing, especially for kids, is outstanding. I really don't think you can get better quality, and the return policy is great. I have had to return items many times (I am not one to try many things on before I buy, so hence need to return stuff fairly often), and it is never any hassle at all, and can do it at any register for immediate refund. They have a great selection of clothing, from work clothes to play clothes to formal wear, and I have never not found something for whatever event I was attending. We even bought our bridesmaids dresses there!

I have totally fallen in love with JCPenney again. I had stopped shopping there for the longest time because I hated trying to dig up promo codes and coupons to make the things that they were selling affordable for my family. Now, with their new pricing system in place, I can walk in, find what I need or log onto their site and find what I need and just buy it. There is no more fine print to read, digging through my purse or websites for coupons and that makes me very happy. I am having a little girl in the next few months and have bought so many great things off of their website. It is so easy to find the things that I need for my baby, add them to my cart, check out and in a few days have it on my front step. Sure makes shopping while pregnant much less tedious and stressful.

My mother made most of my clothes while growing up. The rest of my clothes were usually bought at JCPenney or through their catalog. Now that I am an adult, I understand why my mother shopped at JCPenney. I buy their career separates and dresses to wear to work and church. My husband likes the selection and prices of their shirts and ties because it is hard to find the Van Heusen line at an affordable price outside of a Van Heusen store. Now that we have a tall and lanky son, we like that JCPenney carries jeans and slacks with adjustable waists. JCPenney is my family’s go-to store for quality, affordable clothing.

I shop at my local JcPenney's on a regular basis. It's one of the few stores that I am loyal to. They have decent prices on quality items. I do a lot of my holiday shopping with them. It's an easy one stop store. I can usually find something for everyone on my list. They have great deals on clearance items several times a year. I'm always happy with my experience shopping at JcP's. They have great customer service and the store is always neat and easy to shop. I can almost always find the items that I'm looking for in stock and their selection is great.

I really enjoy JC Penny every time I go there. Out of all of the clothing stores available at my local mall, I have by far had the best experiences at JC Penny every time I go there. Last time I went I was looking for a specific brand of jeans that I could not find. One of the sales associates noticed I was having trouble right away and came over to see what was wrong. I told her I couldn't find the jeans and right away she went into the back to look and see if they had anymore pairs. They were all out but it was still a positive experience because of how helpful the employees were and they were very kind as well. I have always been a fan of JC Penny and I plan on going back soon. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great clothing at great prices and a friendly and helpful atmosphere.

JC Penny is trying a new type of store with no coupons. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at the prices on my last trip there. I got a gift card for my birthday and decided to buy a new pair of jeans. My gift card was for only 50 bucks so I figured I’d only be able to buy one pair, my Levis 505 (great brand of jeans btw) were only 25 bucks each, I’ve never seen them under 40! I was shocked. I bought four pairs and am set for winter now for only 50 bucks more than my gift card. I also bought a few T-shirts which were 5 bucks each, the sizes run large so keep that in mind. The store itself is pretty standard, I prefer the look of Macys to JCpenneys, but for these prices I’ll keep shopping here. Kohls you have to wait for the 30% coupon before its worth it, JCpenneys is always wroth it. My new favorite store, if you havne’t checked out their new “Sale/coupon free” type store, I definitely recommend you do so, you will not be disappointed.

I love shopping at JC Penny. They have huge varieties of clothing and everything is at great price. I have bought few suits and jeans from them in past and I absolutely loved it. They also offered me a JC Penny card which gives me 10% discount on my purchase. Unfortunately, I have moved from old location and there is no JC Penny around my new house. I would love to shop there more often since they have pretty much everything you need. I also bought a necklace for my girlfriend for valentine's day and she loved it. Great store and great price!

I really enjoy shopping here at JC Penny. I could walk inside the place with only one thing in mind to buy but end up wanting to buy more things that I possibly don't need! I love the fact that the store is so immense no matter what state I'm in. The variety is what I can never take for granted. The coupons and discounts, deals, savings, oh my! What's not to love about this place? Always clean, classy and sassy. It’s stores inside are top-notch, fantastic and up to date with the latest fashion. I'm sure just about everyone I know has shopped here and have been here for a good enough reason!

JC Penney is one only a couple department stores available in my area, so when I was in need of some work clothes the other day, I stopped by. I was browsing J.C. Penney's dress shirts and pants and was shocked at the prices. Dress shirts that look decent for $10-$20 and dress pants for not much more. The new line looks pretty solid, and they had some nice slim fit chinos for about $30. I originally went to check out the Stafford Wingtip dress shoes, which were comparable to other wingtips that retail about $200 or more. They recently did a lot of renovating and remodeling at my local store, and it all looked very impressive.
