I ordered myself this giftcard from a rewards site. I thought it would be nice to use on vacation. I definitely recommend this for a gift or for yourself. You can use it to pay for your room or for anything you can charge to the room. This means you can head down to the bar, market place or gift shop and pay the final bill with the Marriott card. Just check with the front desk, sometimes you will need to charge the items to your room first and then use the card if the restaurant or bar in the hotel is independent of the hotel. I liked having this card.
