I love shopping at Nordstrom! I've shopped here twice recently, once for a pair of shoes and once for an evening dress. Each time the customer service was amazing. Rather than digging through racks for myself, I explained to the sales women what I was looking for and they brought me several appropriate options. I was able to relax while they did the work! The staff at Nordstrom were very respectful of my budget. I let them know the maximum amount that I was willing to spend and the staff stayed within my budget. I ended up with a beautiful black dress and a pair of stylish flats for work. Both items are excellent quality and have really held up over time.

Nordstrom has been a part of my life ever since I can remember. It was always considered a treat to buy something, anything from inside that store. Every clothing purchase I've made has been of high quality and has lasted me for many years. I bought some Puma's from them a year ago for $100, that I took with me on a trip around the world. I trekked the beautiful New Zealand wild and lived in them when I worked in the rugged and dusty Outback of Australia, today they don't look brand new, but they have held up very well and I still wear them because of how comfortable they are. So, yeah, you are going to pay a lot in this store but you are also going to get something that is going to last you a very long time. Nordstrom will always mean quality to me.

Nordstrom has always had the best customer service of any department store I have shopped at. Their prices are sometimes higher than other stores, but that is understandable considering the quality of their products and the level of customer service they provide. I have always been able to get problems resolved with very little fuss, regardless of whether it was the fault of the store or not. They are particularly good with shoe returns. I have had multiple experiences returning shoes that have worn out after only a month or so of wear. They have always provided an exchange with no questions asked and a positive attitude. Nordstrom is always the first place I think of when shoe shopping.

It is always a pleasure to shop at Nordstrom. I have found the salespeople to be knowledgeable and friendly at every location I have visited. The selection in all the departments is good, reflecting current trends in fashion while maintaining high quality standards. It is also helpful to know that Nordstrom stands behind all purchases with their satisfaction guarantee. As much as I like shopping at their brick and mortar stores, the convenience of Nordstrom.com is hard to beat. They offer free shipping and free returns anywhere in the United States, which is a big plus for me. Their website is easy to use and checkout is a breeze. Overall, I would give Nordstrom five stars for excellence as my favorite department store.

Nordstrom is a great department store. I love online shopping, and as there are no quality department stores near me besides Kohls (meh), Nordstrom's online store has become my "go-to" for clothing. In addition to having quality, stylish clothing, Nordstrom's customer service is second to none. They have free shipping and free returns/exchanges for online purchases, which makes buying clothes online that much less worrisome. The online store is absolutely incredible, and they often times have items available online that may not be available in-store. Shipping is also really fast. I ordered some shoes for their annual sale on a Friday, and they were at my door on Tuesday. Since these gift cards work for online purchases, they are really convenient and useful.
