I use Office Max pretty much exclusively for my business's office supplies. They have a really huge selection so I almost always find what I need. I get 10-50% discount on most things, too (either because of my ordering relationship with them or the weekly sale ads). I haven't had to order any electronics, computer hardware or software from them so I can't vouch for the quality of those items but I can say everything else I've ordered has been totally satisfactory. I typically order from their online store unless I need something immediately. The orders I've placed have been filled and shipped fairly fast. Any time an item may have been missing from my order, it was only because it had to ship from a different location (and it arrived only a day or two after). Their overall service has been good and their "MaxPerks" program has been invaluable so I will definitely continue to shop with them.
