Sephora is definitely my favorite makeup shop. It has a crazy huge selection and you can pretty much find anything you need at a bunch of different price points. They also have brands that you can't find at your normal grocery store/pharmacy, such as Urban Decay and Benefit. Sometimes the atmosphere is a bit crazy though. I was there a few weeks ago on a Saturday and the store was so packed full of people I felt almost claustrophobic, despite the store being pretty large. It was hard to find a salesperson so I was on my own to find what I was looking for. On slower days though, the staff is usually very nice. What I also like about Sephora is that they have a ton of test makeups so you can try before you buy. I am horrible at picking good makeup colors so this has been very helpful for me! Overall Sephora is a great store.

I love shopping at my local Sephora, the associates are always very friendly and helpful. They always have lots of new products to try and since I am a VIB, I get first dibs on special promotions and coupons in the store. The associates are also very accomodating. I have a very difficult skintone to match and I was in the market for a new foundation. I went to Sephora and the associate literally looked for a foundation that matched me for thirty minutes or more. After that, she even put it on me just to make sure it was perfect and told me I could bring it back if I was not happy with it. I tell all of my friends about Sephora and always look forward to shopping there. This store is definitely worth a visit!

Sephora’s is certainly one of the more higher-end stores in my mall, but the employees don’t act like they’re better than you which is a pleasant surprise. One time, I went to this store with my dad in search of some festive glittery eye-shadow. There’s so much selection in the store that I asked for an employee’s aid for time’s sake. She showed me a wide selection of items ranging from a high to low price, and was very enthusiastic in doing so. Glitter eye-shadow was one of her favorites (she even was wearing some at the time) so I knew what she was suggesting could be trusted. For me, Sephora is more than a store; it’s an experience.

I always look forward to my shopping trips at Sephora because the vibe inside the store is upbeat and the selection is out of this world. The store carries all the best high end cosmetics, perfumes and hair products, so I always enjoy just spending some time looking through everything. I also like it that the salespeople always offer you a basket for shopping when you arrive, but are not too pushy as you browse through the products. A couple of times when I've wanted to try new cosmetics the staff has offered to do my makeup so I could see how it looked before buying it. I loved how it turned out and now I buy those products at Sephora regularly.

I only visit Sephora every couple of months or so, but every time that I do they make it a very quick and easy experience! Not once have I been in there without being greeted immediately, and asked if I need help locating anything. If I ever want to try out a new makeup product, they are very helpful in specifying what shade exactly I should be buying for my skin tone. The cashiers have always been very efficient, and I have never had to wait in line for more than a minute or two. I always forget to bring my Sephora card with me, but they are very understanding and take the time to look me up in the computer. I recommend all my friends and family do their cosmetics shopping at Sephora!
