I'm not the "super" cook, but I do love to cook and love Williams Sonoma, but I'm writing this because my sister in law, is the "super" cook, and I wanted to buy her some really nice accessories for her to use in her kitchen and wasnt sure at all what to pick out. I approached one of the employees and told her my idea. She then chatted with me for several minutes about my sister in law, and the types of things that she primarily cooks, which is cakes and deserts, and then took almost 30 minutes showing me so many different items and giving me ideas about how to combined the different items to make a fantastic "bakers" gift basket. I was so impressed with the amount of time she spent with me and her knowledge of all the items, and just couldn't of been any happier. I am now a confirmed customer and will continue buying from Williams Sonoma in the future!

If you want to give me a gift card, make it Williams Sonoma. They specialize in pots and pans, kitchen tools (or toys for the cook), kitchen furnishings and specialty food items. They tend to be expensive, but the items are fun to have. Last time I had Williams Sonoma gift card I purchased a cherry pitter that worked very well and a tea-cake pan that makes 30 fun-shaped tiny cakes. I was a little disappointed with the tea cakes. I used their recipe and ended up with tiny bubbles all over the surface. However, the cakes did come out easily. It was hard to glaze the cakes evenly. The pan also has to be cleaned thoroughly.
