I have been shopping for Zappos for almost two years. Zappos is my favorite site to purchase sneakers and shoes and boots. They have such a huge selection, selection of schools at really great prices. A lot of the times, the shoes are discounted which I really appreciate. One of my favorite part of this site is that it offers free shipping on whatever shoes you purchase. They also have a policy where you can send whatever footwear you bought back for a refund, free shipping, and no questions asked. Zappos is very easy to navigate and find what you want. Customer service is very nice, and will go up and above to make sure you receive what you want. They sent my friend her shoes Free 1 day shipping, after she emailed the customer service about getting the product faster because she had a wedding coming up. Not only did they do that, they had written an hand written note saying "Enjoying your wedding ____" Which I find was a very nice gesture from a company. I will surely be shopping online here for years to come and would surely recommend this site to anyone I meet.

I started using this site to buy Converse. The small town that I live in never had all of the colors and sizes available. This store was amazing for that. Now I use this website for mainly all of the shoes I buy. Their free shipping really can't be beat when they have prices that are comparable or lower than other stores. I have never had a problem with sizes. Once when I got a shoe that was a little too big I returned it without a problem and it was replaced very quickly. I also have started buying my purses from this website. It is really nice to be able to read a review on how durable a certain purse it. The purse I bought was a Volcom. Ir has been exactly what I wanted and held up very well. I've been using it for over a year now.

Zappos.com is a great company to purchase shoes from. I have used them several times in the past. They have the best prices and you can not beat their super fast shipping. There have been several occasions where I purchased shoes before 5 pm and they were sitting at my front door when I got home from work the next day. They also have one of the best return policies that I have seen. I had a problem with a pair of shoes being the wrong size, called and got the whole thing straightened out in about ten minutes. Great company, and great customer service.

Zappos is a fantastic company that I love doing business with. They offer me free shipping on everything that I order and have one of the best return policies of any web company out there. One of the worst things about buying clothes or shoes online is that you can’t try them on before you already have them. This means the return policy is key when you have something that is often times returned to the retailer. I have probably ordered upwards of 5-6 pairs of shoes from them over the years and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy shoes online.

Zappos has the BEST customer service bar none. I wish all companies had the same outlook and execution as they do. My love for Zappos was sealed forever when I accidentally shipped my car keys to them in a return. Of course I had no idea what I did with them and used a back up copy. Less than a week later I got a curious small box from Zappos..."that's funny, I didn't order anything recently..." Lo and behold, MY CAR KEYS! I couldn't believe that they made the extra effort. What's even better? I called the Customer Service line to thank them for the outstanding service (I like to give credit when credit is due) and to thank me, they UPGRADED my account to include even faster delivery. Absolutely amazing. For that, whenever I'm looking to buy a staple piece of clothing or shoes I go them first. And of course, my orders always arrive promptly and returns are insanely easy.

I have very big feet and it is always difficult to find shoes that are comfortable. I have tried several websites before a coworker recommended Zappos. I visited their website that night and was pleasantly surprised by the wide selection and good prices. I found a pair of dress shoes that looked great and were at a good price. I have a job interview coming up in a few days and wanted to wear these new shoes to the interview. I was a bit nervous because I wasn't sure the company could ship them to my house fast enough. Needless to say, I was surprised when they appeared on my door two days later. That is some of the fastest shipping I ever seen. I used a competitor to buy shoes last year and it took almost a month to get the shoes. I would recommend Zappos to anyone looking for good quality shoes and great customer service.

Zappos is amazing! They have a huge selection of shoes and clothing. I can always find exactly what I need. Not only that, they have free next day shipping and free returns. I have had to make a couple returns in the past and the process is super simple, you just go to your account and print out a return label. I have also had to call their customer service department once or twice and they were nice and helpful. Anytime I am looking for shoes for anyone in my family my first stop is always Zappos. I even buy some of my clothing and purses from them, too.

Even though my two purchases from Zappos did not work out, I will not hesitate to purchase from them again. Their customer service was more than accommodating in answering any and all questions I had. They also upgraded me so that I could receive free 2-day shipping on all of my future purchases! I love that I don't have to wait forever for shipping and handling! I had purchased a pair of Marc by Marc Jacobs flats that I had been fawning over forever at clearance price but unfortunately when I received them, they were too big. I simply tweeted about it and their CS contacted me and helped me implement the refund AND add me on a list to be notified when my size came back in stock. I didn't even have to log in or anything, they handled it all from one simple little tweet that wasn't even directed at them! This was CS to a level that I had never experienced and even though they don't offer coupons or discounts, the CS is something worth coming here for.

Zappos is a remarkable website that seems to have tapped into the desire many people have for the ultimate in convenience and flexibility. They offer free one-day shipping and free return shipping, making the shopping experience remarkably similar to just going to the store and trying things on. It takes away a lot of the stress of online shopping to realize that you have the ability to simply return something if you don't like it, and to return it with the many hoops and loops that other retailers make you jump through. If there was one negative about Zappos, it's that the items they're selling are often at a higher price than can be found elsewhere on the internet. But if you want it fast, and you don't want to mess around with potential return fees, Zappos is the place. I've even used them to try on several different brands of the same type of item, to figure out which one I liked best. Overall, Zappos provides a product that's superior to pretty much anything you'll find online.

I have always used Zappos for my handbag and shoe purchase. They have a huge variety! I typically look at luxurious stiletto pumps , super cute sneakers, and killer sandals. I recently moved to a very snowy location and had very little by way of appropriate footwear (boots). I knew I was going to need something waterproof and warm. So , I did a very easy and fun search on Zappos. They have all of the ratings and consumer advice, how true the size is to actuality. It's very convenient. I chose this pair of calf high rubber boots lined with synthetic fur. The order shipped right to my door. The size was spot on and they are so warm. I am very happy with Zappos.

I've always browsed on Zappos due to their large selection of sneakers and thought I'd give it a shot after comparing prices on other shoe websites since I'm a huge sneaker fanatic. I was so pleased, when I ordered my Puma sneakers. They came within a few days, the price was right and the service was fast. I will definitely shop on Zappos again-the browsing selections and variations they have on their site is like no other and the deals are always top notch for big name brands like Nike, Puma, Reebook etc. If you are a daily sneaker wearer you should try Zappos because some stores don't have quite the selections and shoe sizes you desire; Zappos does the job! They narrow down everything you need in a sneaker from width, color, price, brand etc. If you're shopping on a budget and need shoes fast Zappos is the place to go.

Zappos is amazing! Just before a trip to New York City, I found a pair of shoes I absolutely loved in a "real" store. They didn't have my size (or anything close), and the trip was two days away. Not sure what size I'd be (7 or 7.5), I ordered both sizes from Zappos. They arrived the next day, I picked the right size, and was off to the city! Stupid me! Never bring a new pair of shoes on a trip that entails a lot of walking! The shoes were AWFUL. Every step was agony. I ended up stopping at Payless on the first day to buy a cheap pair of shoes to wear for the rest of the trip. When I got home, I returned both pair of shoes to Zappos, even though one pair had been worn for 1/2 a day. Return shipping was free, and my credit card was credited almost immediately. I love Zappos!

Zappos is a great company to deal with. I have had two separate interactions where they have provided truly above and beyond customer support. The first time I bought some motorcycle boots as a gift. Unfortunately they were not the right size so I had to get them shipped and they were able to send them directly to the recipient of the gift. They also were able to take the old shoes back with no problem. The second time I bought some sandals that just were not the right size and had a scuff on them already. Once again, Zappos came through with a new pair that fit and they were high quality as well. I can't say enough of the people that I've dealt with at this company. they really do care and treat people with true concern and respect.

Zappo’s is a life-saver. I procrastinated on buying a pair of shoes for a wedding and needed something right away. Zappo’s offers such a variety of styles and price points that finding the perfect shoes for the occasion was no problem. I really like how easy it is to search by size, color, style, heel height, just about any variable you’re looking for. The shoes (nude patent wedges, by the way, exactly what I was looking for!) arrived in only a few days and I received free shipping. The shoes were perfect and fit well, but if anything had gone wrong I know they have a really easy return policy too. They offer way more than just shoes too- next up, I’m hitting Zappo’s for a new winter coat!

Zappos is an awesome store to buy shows from, especially since they offer free shipping on a lot of their items. I bought a pay of casual shoes from them 2 months ago for $56 and was surprised with the quality I received for such a low price; the shoes could have easily been work $90. One thing I especially love about Zappos is their search functionality. From the main page you can set filters on the type of shoes you want, the price range you are looking for and the size you wear. I find this very useful since I wear a popular shoe size and a lot of brands quickly go out of stock. With the search functionality I can quickly find available shoes in my size at the price I want. Last, Zappos out competes their rivals by offering a way to contact them by phone. I prefer calling a store rather than talk over email and it really reassuring that Zappos offer this option to contact them. When it comes to buying shoes, Zappos is the only place to go in my opinion.

I love zappos. One time I ordered a pair of shoes in what I thought was my size, and when they arrived (in less than 24 hours!), I was excited to go out in the world and test them out. I put them on and left for work, not really bothering to test if they actually fit. After a long 8 hour work day, I discovered that they were much, much too small. Most places won't take your merchandise back after it's already been worn, but Zappos was more than happy to give me an exchange for the next size up, and give me free one day shipping both ways. The next day, I was able to walk out the door happy and confident that my shoes fit.

Zappos has been an extremely good site for me. I found out that the company "Simple shoes" was going out of business, and was looking to score some sweet kicks. I hopped on over to Zappos.com and looked at what they had and their prices. I was able to pick up a ton of simple shoes from Zappos for really cheap, I think I bought almost 5 pairs. Thinking back I probably should have picked up a few more, they were so cheap. Zappos shipped them quickly, listed them at a great price, and they were super duper easy to work with. I would highly recommend buying from them, and I will be doing it again.

The first time I bought from Zappos was a couple years ago and I've bought shoes there ever since. Their website is very easy to navigate and is not overly obtrusive like other sites. I'm a bargain hunter so whenever I buy something I always look at other sites to make sure I'm getting the best price. Though, I don't know why I continue to look at other sites when I find what I want on Zappos because Zappos always has the best prices that I can find. They ship their stuff very fast also. I had to contact customer service once because I ordered the wrong size shoes and their customer service was top notch and fixed my problem fast. I love Zappos and will continue to shop there!

I have been shopping on Zappos for years now and I have nothing but positive experiences with them. Yes, they have a fabulous selection, lots of helpful reviews and good prices, but my absolute favorite thing about shopping at Zappos is it is truly risk free. I am really picky about my shoes and have often been apprehensive about online shopping, but at Zappos they offer free returns and free shipping which is good for a whole year! This makes me more likely to buy things I would normally not buy online. I have returned shoes several times and it is extremely easy. You just go to your account, print a mailing label, and put your return in the bag which comes with your order. It truly couldn’t be easier.

I have used Zappos for years for all of my shoe purchases. Their selection is great, their prices are unbeatable, and their customer service is the best of any company I've ever bought from. They have accepted returns of multiple pairs of shoes that didn't fit without question, and they refund money promptly. I've bought everything from expensive Red Wing boots to cheap Converse All Stars to a nice plush robe from Zappos, and couldn't be more pleased with everything. In fact, if you shop there enough, they will offer you a VIP membership, which provides you with advance warning of new products. Shop at Zappos with complete confidence.

I love love love Zappos.com. I've only used them a few times to actually buy something (although I have idly browsed the shoes many times) and they're great. The selection of shoes is super diverse and the prices are either the same or less than regular department stores. They also have bags and other accessories but I don't have much experience buying those from Zappos. Their sizing charts are good and there tend to be a decent amount of reviews for almost all of their products, which is great for me because I pretty much won't buy something that hasn't already been reviewed by someone (whatever, I'm cautious!). One of the times I got shoes from them they didn't quite fit right, and so I exchanged them for a different size. Zappos didn't charge me for the shipping of my shoes back to them or the new shoes I got in exchange (and I should also note that the shipping was pretty quick for both). Overall they are just awesome.

After lamenting the demise of the last pair of my favorite (and sadly discontinued) climbing shoes, I did a little searching online to see if any retailers still had stocks. Zappos was the sole online seller which offered them, and at clearance prices. Sure, you can't try before you buy but I knew exactly what size I needed and despite the limited selection consisting mostly of very large and very small shoes, I found what I needed. I don't know where their warehouse is, but it must be near my house because they shipped ground the day I ordered and the shoes appeared on my doorstep the next afternoon. Can't beat that.

Zappos is one of our favorite stores to shop at! They have a great selection of all kinds of things my kids need for school, and I especially like their "clearance" sections. The site is easy to use, and you can select things based on size or color or any other selections. I really like their shipping policy - everything ships for one low price. For the past several years, we have purchased all of our kid's school and play clothing there, as well as a lot of sporting goods. The prices are truly the best around, and the two times we have had to return items, it was simple and easy, and our account was credited very quickly. The sizing charts are very accurate, which is not always the case with other online stores I have shopped at. I highly recommend Zappos - no one should feel any hesitation ordering from them.

If you need to get shoes, you really cant' go wrong with Zappos. I know it might be weird not being able to try on the shoes before you buy them, but it's 2012! Zappos is like the Amazon of shoes. They have a great return policy with free shipping on returns, so you really have no reason not to order from them. I personally have big feet, size 14! Going to the shoe store usually turns more so into which shoes do they even have in my size, and then if they do the question is do I really even like them. Zappos always seems to have a ton of shoes in my size. And combined with the great return policy, I've been getting all of my shoes from Zappos.com.

I have only had positive experiences with Zappos.com purchases. I purchased a pair of Dr. Marten’s boots and found them very comfortable. After wearing them for several weeks I found that they started to wear on the sides. The seams that held the uppers to the sole wore out and fell apart. I didn’t blame Zappos for the product failure, but want to return them. Zappos refunded my money and paid for return shipping as well. With the funds I received in return I purchased the shoes I wore at my wedding. Those shows lasted for years and I wish I could find another pair, but they are no longer made. Zappos is the only place I will buy shoes online.

I've been a big fan of Zappos for several years now. When I've had trouble finding shoes in my size (which is often, I have weird feet, okay?), Zappos has been extremely helpful. Their reviews are excellent, and I love their return policy. I've sent several pairs back multiple times, and have never had a problem with having to pay for them to replace them with sizes that have ended up working for me. Seriously--who else lets you think about a purchase for a year before making up your mind? I'm very much a fan of the company, and will continue to purchase from them whenever I need a new pair of shoes.

I can not explain how much I enjoy Zappos. I first learned of Zappos when I was in Kuwait. I was looking for some new shoes, and working on base in Kuwait, I did not exactly have a lot of shopping options, but I of course had access to the Internet. Zappos has amazing selection and had all the shoes I was looking for, not to mention other clothes. Their prices are great, and their shipping was quick, and of course, free! When some shoes showed up and they were the wrong price, Zappos made it extremely easy to return the item and get the new, properly sized shoes quickly back to me. I highly recommend Zappos to anyone shopping online for shoes or clothes.

I’ve been a loyal Zappos customer ever since a friend turned me onto them two years ago. When it comes to buying shoes, there’s really no place else I shop (although I know they sell plenty of other clothing). First off, Zappos have amazing prices for what they sell. I usually try to look around a bit before I decide to buy from them, but they consistently have as good if not lower prices on the shoes I’m looking for. Zappos customers also tend to be pretty dedicated and as a result many of the products have very informative reviews – which really helps when looking for a new style or brand. Really the only downside to Zappos is the same drawback you’ll find with any online store – the inability to ‘try before you buy.’ However, Zappos kind of has your back on this with their amazing yearlong return policy and free shipping on both orders and returns. The first pair of Sambas I bought from them ran a little small and they took the shoes back with no fuss and quickly sent me another! They’ve got amazing customer service as well. A Zappos gift card is a great gift for nearly anyone on your list for almost any occasion – I can’t recommend them highly enough!
